Kalshi demands Netflix take down trailer for ‘Prediction Games’ documentary

Kalshi sent Netflix a cease-and-desist letter, saying a trailer for an upcoming prediction markets documentary makes false claims and uses a misleading betting screenshot.

Kalshi argues the clip is defamatory and wrongly ties the screenshot to Nevada restrictions on sports event contracts.
