Flipper unveils a Linux-powered networking gadget built for hackers and tinkerers

Flipper Devices unveiled Flipper One, an unreleased modular Linux gadget aimed at hackers, researchers, and tinkerers.

The device pairs an eight-core Linux-capable processor with a microcontroller and multiple networking options, including Wi‑Fi 6E and Gigabit Ethernet.

Expansion support is planned for parts like 5G modems, SDRs, and storage, positioning it as a possible router, VPN gateway, or local AI box.

FlipperOS and FlipperCTL are in development, but many features are still incomplete and there is no final launch date yet.
