Huawei said it has connected 170 million people in remote areas across more than 80 countries, beating its 2022 ITU Partner2Connect pledge.

At its TECH Cares Forum in Barcelona, executives and partners highlighted rural connectivity, digital skills training, and AI-era inclusion.

Huawei also pointed to solutions and partnerships, including work with MTN and the Skills on Wheels initiative, to help close the digital divide.
