Apple Mac Shipments Grew 9% in Q1 2026, Outpacing Overall PC Market

Apple shipped an estimated 6.2 million Macs in Q1 2026, up from 5.7 million a year earlier.

That gave Apple a 9.5% global PC market share and kept it fourth behind Lenovo, HP, and Dell.

Mac growth outpaced the overall PC market’s 2.5% expansion, according to IDC.

IDC said new product launches and worries about rising component costs helped lift demand.

Future shipments may be affected by memory supply and component cost pressures.
