Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra aims for power while the Z Flip 8 doubles down on AI

Samsung unveiled two distinct foldables: the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra for premium productivity and the Galaxy Z Flip 8 for AI-driven everyday use.

The Fold 8 Ultra packs an 8-inch display, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, a 5,000mAh battery, and upgraded cameras.

The Flip 8 highlights AI features on its redesigned FlexWindow cover screen, with Google AI Pro and One UI 9 integration.

Preorders are open now ahead of an August 7 launch, with prices starting at $2,100 for the Fold 8 Ultra and $1,200 for the Flip 8.
