ORAN Development Company closed a $45 million Series A funding round.

ODC is described as a leader in AI-Native Radio Access Network (RAN) technology.

ODC is the architect of the U.S.-based Odyssey RAN software platform.

Investors included Booz Allen, Cisco Investments, Nokia, NVIDIA, AT&T, MTN, Telecom Italia, and Phoenix Venture Partners; affiliates of Cerberus Capital Management made a prior seed investment.

The Odyssey platform integrates RAN AI sensing and inference into the RAN.
