Shigeru Miyamoto said he is on a mission to include Pikmin in any Nintendo product he can. Pikmin have already appeared across Nintendo properties such as Mario Wonder, football shirts, and theme parks. Miyamoto confirmed Pikmin will appear in the upcoming Mario film, noting the Galaxy setting fits their presence. He also called Pikmin Nintendo's most global characters and said games are just one world they inhabit.
