Samsung’s HDR10 Plus Advanced will launch globally on Amazon Prime Video this month.

Support will arrive first on Samsung’s 2026 TV lineup.

The format adds scene- and region-aware HDR metadata, tone mapping, and adaptive motion smoothing.

It sets up a new premium video standards battle against Dolby Vision 2.
