Mistral rebrands LeChat as Vibe, betting its chatbot's future is as a full-blown work agent

Mistral AI has renamed Le Chat to Vibe and repositioned it as a work-focused AI agent.

Vibe can handle emails, reports, data extraction, and coding, with integrations across Google Workspace, Outlook, Slack, GitHub, Notion, SharePoint, and VS Code.

The product now includes Work Mode and Code Mode, plus recurring and reviewable task execution for more automated workflows.

Mistral also introduced new pricing tiers, from free access to enterprise plans, as it targets business users.
