Blizzard says Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred is the game’s strongest version yet.

The expansion wraps up the Mephisto storyline and focuses on endgame improvements and build customization.

Compared with Vessel of Hatred, it adds fewer new features but aims to sharpen the core experience.

Blizzard is positioning it as a key step for Diablo 4 to better compete with action RPG rivals like Last Epoch and Path of Exile 2.
