Intel CEO promises partnership with Nvidia will produce "exciting new products"

Intel CEO Lip-Bu Tan said Intel is still co-developing new chips and related technologies with Nvidia.

The effort includes hybrid processors that pair Intel CPUs with Nvidia GPUs and interconnects for PCs and data centers.

Reports also suggest Nvidia may review Intel’s manufacturing and advanced packaging capabilities.

If it progresses, the deal could bolster Intel’s foundry push and expand Nvidia’s reach into Intel’s x86 ecosystem.
