Apple updates macOS 28 guidance with direct encrypted HFS+ to APFS conversion

Apple updated its guidance for macOS 28 storage migration.

Encrypted HFS+ volumes can now be converted directly to encrypted APFS without decrypting first.

The change simplifies compatibility work for older Mac drives and reduces migration steps.

Encrypted Time Machine backup disks are excluded from this update.
