MUFG Emutto expands the scope of its up to 20% preferential services to 8 stores including Starbucks

MUFG expanded preferred merchant benefits for the Mitsubishi UFJ Card by adding eight more brands under its “Emott” financial services lineup.

Newly eligible merchants include Starbucks, bringing the total number of participating brands to 37.

MUFG also revised the points rebate rate for credit-card-based mutual fund accumulation investments.

The changes are meant to encourage both card usage and long-term asset building through MUFG’s ecosystem.
