Oura’s Latest Update Provides Deeper Insights Into Women’s Health

Oura rolled out expanded Cycle Insights with support for hormonal birth control, plus faster and more accurate cycle and ovulation predictions.

The company also launched Menopause Insights and the Menopause Impact Scale to track 22 symptoms and their effects on physiology.

These women’s health features are now rolling out to eligible members on supported Generation 3 and 4 devices.

Oura also partnered with Twentyeight Health to help users access birth control through the platform.
