Apple AI lawsuit settlement: Which iPhones are included?

Apple has agreed to a $250 million class-action settlement over claims it overstated Siri and Apple Intelligence in 2024 and 2025 marketing.

The case covers eligible U.S. buyers of certain iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 16 models purchased between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025, pending court approval.

Some affected consumers could receive roughly $25 to $95 per device, depending on the claims process and final approval.

The deal could compensate millions of iPhone owners and adds financial risk for promoting AI features before they are fully available.
