One UI 9 is preparing a strict control to combat app addiction

Samsung’s One UI 9 beta appears to be testing a new “Network management for concentration” feature.

The tool would let users pick apps and block their internet access, with changes protected by a six-digit PIN.

It may also support scheduled downtime, giving users and parents a more flexible way to curb distracting apps than simple timers.
