Google Maps now predicts battery life for 350+ EVs

Google is rolling out an update to Google Maps on Android Auto that predicts EV battery usage and suggests charging stops.

The feature covers over 350 EV models across more than 15 brands at launch in the US.

Users must add their EV make, model, year, trim, and plug type in Maps settings and input current charge to get recommendations.
