The Fortnite Overwatch collab is playing it safe, but at least it's finally real

A trailer confirmed the long-rumored Fortnite x Overwatch crossover, launching May 14.

Tracer, Mercy, D.Va, and Genji are coming to Fortnite as skins.

The event may also include emotes, weapons, landmarks, NPCs, quests, rewards, and a themed vehicle.

The collaboration strengthens Fortnite’s live-service lineup and gives Overwatch a high-profile anniversary boost.
