Mistral AI launched Workflows, a Temporal-powered orchestration layer in public preview.

The tool helps developers build, run, and monitor complex AI processes with private execution and model flexibility.

It also adds integrations and observability through Mistral Studio, OpenTelemetry, and the Model Context Protocol.

The release is aimed at making enterprise AI more reliable in production while keeping data inside customer environments.
