G-SHOCK launches two 'Akatōchin' red-lantern design models

Casio will release two G-SHOCK models, DW-5600AKA and DW-6900AKA, in April.

Both models feature a red-lantern inspired red case and prominent 'Shock Resistant' text.

Each watch is priced at 22,000 yen, built in Japan, and uses biomass plastic for main resin parts.

Both are battery-powered with an estimated battery life of about five years and target inbound tourists.
