Amca Pulls In $300M Series B Financing

Amca raised a $300 million Series B led by Caffeinated Capital, with Lightspeed Venture Partners and other existing investors participating.

The round values the aerospace and defense startup at more than $1 billion.

Amca says the money will speed up its integrated platform for engineering, testing, data development, and certified manufacturing of critical components.

The funding gives Amca more room to scale production and underscores investor interest in rebuilding domestic industrial capacity.
