T-Head Unveils Zhengwu M890 AI Chip: 3x Performance Leap

T-Head launched the Zhengwu M890 AI chip at Alibaba Cloud Summit, targeting both AI training and inference.

The company says the new chip delivers 3x higher overall performance than the previous generation.

T-Head also unveiled a self-developed ICN Switch to enable multi-chip cooperation.

The move expands Alibaba’s domestic AI hardware stack with stronger compute and interconnect support.
