New ballistic munition tested that can strike at longer distances despite jammed network

Thales and ArianeGroup completed the first firing of the FLP-t 150 guided ballistic munition.

The test confirmed a 150 km range, precision guidance, and performance despite GNSS interference.

The system is intended to replace France’s LRU launchers with a more resilient long-range strike capability.

The firing took place at the DGA-EM test site on Île du Levant using the X-Fire launcher.
