NTT Data says edge AI and private 5G are helping manufacturers run real-time industrial AI faster on the factory floor.

By processing data on site, the company can speed deployment of machine vision, physical AI, predictive maintenance, and anomaly detection.

NTT Data is also offering end-to-end managed solutions for industrial customers, combining connectivity, compute, and AI operations.

The company pointed to customer traction such as Cargill’s private 5G rollout across manufacturing plants.
