BYD Unveils Self-Developed 4nm Autonomous Driving Chip Xuanji A3

BYD unveiled Xuanji A3, its first self-developed 4nm automotive-grade autonomous driving chip, marking China’s first domestically developed chip at this process node.

The company said a three-chip configuration can deliver over 2,100 TOPS and support L3/L4 autonomous driving functions.

BYD also upgraded its intelligent driving system and city-navigation safety policy, with God's Eye B now available across all models.

Existing God's Eye C vehicles can be upgraded to God's Eye B laser-assisted driving for RMB 12,000.
