T-Mobile limits device promo offers to twice per account, hurting large families

T-Mobile reduced the number of times an account can use device promotions from four to two starting April 2, 2026.

Customers with free lines are now ineligible for certain device promo offers.

Industry reporting says the newly rotated T-Mobile deals are less generous than prior offers, and the company published an infographic to explain the changes.
