Qodo raises $70M for code verification as AI coding scales

Qodo raised $70 million in a Series B round led by Qumra Capital, bringing total funding to $120 million.

The startup builds AI agents for code review, testing and governance and launched Qodo 2.0, a multi-agent review system.

Qodo ranked No. 1 on Martian’s Code Review Bench and works with enterprises including NVIDIA, Walmart and Red Hat.

A survey cited in the article found 95% of developers don’t fully trust AI-generated code while 48% consistently review it.
