Stilta raised $10.5 million in seed funding, led by Andreessen Horowitz with backing from Y Combinator and others.

The startup builds AI tools for patent research, conflict detection, litigation-grade analysis, and claim charts.

Its platform aims to speed up a slow, expensive bottleneck in IP work for lawyers and companies.

That could make patent enforcement and analysis cheaper and more accessible for firms with underused patents.
