Three Namco-published NES games, including Pokémon studio Game Freak’s first ever game, join Switch Online

Nintendo Classics on Switch Online added three NES games.

The new titles are Pac-Man, The Tower of Druaga, and Mendel Palace.

All three were first published by Namco in Japan.

Pac-Man is an NES port of the arcade game and keeps the arcade cut-scenes.

The Tower of Druaga was only on Famicom in Japan, and Mendel Palace was Game Freak’s first game; the Western NES library now has 84 games, while Japan’s app has 11 more.
