This is more like it, Europe: chip lab IMEC has fabricated the first qubit with ASML's High-NA machine

IMEC demonstrated a silicon spin qubit made with ASML’s High-NA EUV lithography.

The process is said to be largely compatible with standard CMOS chip manufacturing.

The result points to a possible path for industrial-scale production of quantum chips.

If scalable, it could help make error-corrected quantum computers more manufacturable.
