Korea's media regulator supports creators' overseas IP business...10 billion won in consultation results

The Broadcasting and Media Communications Commission and RAPA supported 10 Korean digital creator teams at the 2026 Licensing Expo in Las Vegas.

The teams logged 155 business matching meetings and about $6.65 million in contract consultations, up from last year.

Support included one-on-one meeting coordination, consultation booths, and interpretation services.

The commission plans to extend support to the China Licensing Expo and provide follow-up legal and strategy advice.
