God of War Laufey finally has a release date, and there’s some good news for Kratos fans too

Sony and Santa Monica Studio confirmed God of War: Laufey will launch on February 16, 2027.

Physical disc copies are also planned, a welcome detail for collectors.

At San Diego Comic-Con, Cory Barlog said a separate mainline God of War game starring Kratos is already in development.

That future entry will connect back to Faye’s story, reassuring fans that Kratos will return.
