Ubuntu raises minimum RAM to 6GB for 26.04 LTS

Canonical raised Ubuntu 26.04 LTS's minimum RAM requirement to 6GB in the release notes.

Ubuntu 26.04 LTS also lists a minimum dual-core 2GHz CPU and 25GB of free storage.

The change follows prior increases from 1GB (2014) to 4GB (2018) and does not block installation on lower-RAM systems.
