PayPay and Seven-Eleven may integrate customer IDs, with over 100 million ID base set to emerge, multiple reports say

PayPay and Seven & i Holdings are reportedly in final talks to integrate 7iD into PayPay ID.

If completed, the move would connect an ID base of over 100 million accounts with one of Japan’s largest points ecosystems.

Linking purchase and payment data could expand memberships and improve the precision of promotions and analytics.
