Google unveiled new Workspace Intelligence and Gemini-powered features at Cloud Next.

New tools in Sheets and Docs aim to speed up spreadsheet work and writing tasks.

AI is also being pushed deeper into Gmail, Calendar, Chat, and Drive workflows.

Users will get controls to limit which data sources the AI can access.
