Leaving the V8 in the past: The all-electric Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door

Mercedes-AMG’s next GT 4-Door will go fully electric, with 55 and 63 trims powered by dual rear and single front YASA axial-flux motors.

The setup pairs an 800V battery system with 106 kWh of usable capacity, targeting about 474–478 miles of WLTP range.

Output is expected to reach up to 1,153 hp, putting the EV squarely in supercar territory.

Charging speeds could exceed 600 kW, making it one of the fastest-charging electric luxury performance cars yet.
