BYD’s Denza D9 Receives OTA Update with End-to-End Driving Model

Huawei said it has brought digital connectivity to 170 million people in remote areas across more than 80 countries, beating its 2022 ITU Partner2Connect goal of 120 million by 2025.

The company made the announcement at its TECH Cares Forum in Barcelona, where leaders and partners focused on closing the digital divide through network expansion and rural broadband.

Discussions also highlighted the role of digital skills training in helping communities access education, healthcare, finance, and AI-era opportunities.

Partners including MTN Group, Skills on Wheels, RuralCow, and MTN Nigeria showcased practical rural connectivity and inclusion efforts.
