Celonis launches Context Model and acquires Ikigai Labs

Celonis launched the Celonis Context Model, a live digital twin that combines process, business, and operational data for AI.

The company also agreed to acquire Ikigai Labs to add planning, simulation, forecasting, and decision intelligence capabilities.

The deal includes rights to related MIT patents and will bring Ikigai founder Devavrat Shah into Celonis as chief scientist.

Celonis is integrating the CCM with major AI and data platforms, including Microsoft, Oracle, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, and IBM.
