Dave the Diver developer explains what's new in the In the Jungle DLC

Mintrocket’s first original Dave the Diver DLC, In the Jungle, launches June 18 and moves the game to a freshwater jungle with an ancient civilization.

The expansion replaces Bancho Sushi with Bancho Grill, adds village relationship-building, changes the daily time system, and brings new companions and mini-games.

The studio says it’s closer to a sequel-style expansion than a typical DLC, with around 10 hours of new story content.

That makes it a bigger turning point for Dave the Diver, potentially reshaping how the game evolves for returning players.
