It was priced at 990 won: How vibe coding became a paid service

The KakaoTalk chat analysis service ‘TokSignal,’ built with vibe coding, drew attention quickly, but charging 990 won required far more preparation than expected.

The creator had to handle domain purchase, Toss Payments integration, business and e-commerce registration, a privacy policy, security checks, and other basic operating requirements.

Payment review, a no-data-retention design, and back-and-forth with reviewers showed that building trust and an operating structure was harder than writing the code itself.

The case shows that making an AI web service fast is very different from turning it into a real product that can collect money.
