Foundation raised a $6.4 million round led by Fulgur Ventures, with Arche Capital participating, bringing total funding to $16.5 million.

The company is expanding beyond Bitcoin self-custody into identity, authentication, and AI agent authorization tools.

Foundation also announced general availability of Passport Prime and broader access to KeyOS.

The new funding and launches support a wider push into security and access-management products.
