Report: Apple saw 9% growth in Mac shipments during Q1 2026

IDC said Apple shipped 6.2 million Macs in Q1 2026, up 9.1% from a year earlier.

That lifted Apple’s global PC market share to 9.5%, putting it in fourth place behind Lenovo, HP, and Dell.

The overall PC market grew only modestly, while ASUS posted the fastest growth among major vendors.

IDC warned that memory shortages and weaker economic conditions could slow shipments later in the year.
