Kansas City Has Bought More Than 4,500 MacBook Neos For Its Students

Kansas City Public Schools will phase out more than 30,000 Windows PCs and Chromebooks in favor of Apple devices.

The district has already bought over 4,500 MacBook Neos for students in 8th grade and above.

Younger students will continue using iPads and MacBook Airs as the rollout continues.

The shift marks a major win for Apple in education and adds pressure on Microsoft in the school device market.
