Helix Earth has closed a $12 million Seed 2 round.

The Seed 2 round was oversubscribed.

Veriten led the financing.

Named participants included Rua Ventures, Carnrite Ventures, Skywriter LLC, and Textbook Ventures.

Additional investors also took part.
