Now Meta will track what employees do on their computers to train its AI agents

Meta is deploying an internal tool on U.S. employees’ work devices to collect app and website interactions for AI training.

The data includes mouse movements, clicks, keystrokes, and some screenshots, gathered through the Model Capability Initiative.

Meta says the information will help train agents for its Agent Transformation Accelerator to work across apps more autonomously.

The move raises workplace privacy concerns as the company pushes further toward AI-driven automation.
