Amazon and OpenAI announced a long-term strategic partnership that expands OpenAI’s use of AWS infrastructure and Trainium capacity.

AWS also rolled out several new services and updates across enterprise AI, security, media automation, and developer tooling.

Key launches include Security Hub Extended, Elemental Inference for live video transformation, a MediaConvert Probe API, and an OpenAI-compatible Projects API in Amazon Bedrock.

The update highlights AWS’s push into enterprise AI infrastructure, specialized compute, cloud security, and media workflow automation.
