Early Leak of NVIDIA's DLSS 5 Has an Uncanny Valley Problem

An unofficial pre-release build of NVIDIA’s DLSS 5 was extracted from NBA 2K27 and tested in other games.

Tests reportedly produced distorted faces and a jarring mix of photorealistic surfaces with older models and animations.

DLSS 5 also caused major performance drops on an RTX 5070 Ti, raising concerns ahead of its planned fall launch.
