AMD Launches MI350P, Its First PCIe “Instinct” in Four Years — Packs CDNA 4 GPU With 4.6 PFLOPs AI Compute, 144 GB HBM3E at 600W

AMD launched the Instinct MI350P, its first PCIe Instinct AI accelerator in years, targeting enterprise and data-center AI workloads.

Built on CDNA 4, the dual-slot passive card packs 128 compute units, 144 GB of HBM3E, and up to 600W power draw.

AMD says it delivers up to 4.6 PFLOPs of MXFP4 performance and comes with ROCm software support through partners.

The PCIe form factor gives enterprises a more drop-in on-prem AI option and brings AMD into tighter competition with NVIDIA’s PCIe accelerators.
