Apple’s Upcoming Accessibility Features Show The Real Potential Of Apple Intelligence

Apple previewed a broad set of accessibility upgrades powered by Apple Intelligence, arriving later this year across iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, and Vision Pro.

New features include richer image descriptions in VoiceOver, natural-language control for Magnifier and Voice Control, and document translation in Accessibility Reader.

Apple is also adding automatic transcription for uncaptioned videos, expanded Name Recognition, motion-sickness aids, and eye-tracking wheelchair controls on Vision Pro.

The company says the updates are designed to improve navigation, reading, communication, and device control while keeping privacy front and center.
