Qualified Health raised $125 million in a Series B financing.

New Enterprise Associates led the Series B round.

New investors included Transformation Capital, GreatPoint Ventures, Cathay Innovation, Anthropic and Menlo Ventures' Anthology fund.

Existing backers such as SignalFire, Frist Cressey Ventures, Flare Capital Partners, Healthier Capital, Town Hall Ventures and Intermountain Ventures also participated.

Qualified Health offers an enterprise-wide AI platform for health systems to support safe, responsible AI adoption and long-term AI investment.
